Elevated Concrete Coatings is a locally owned and operated concrete coatings company located in Loveland, CO. We serve Northern Colorado and surrounding areas. With 12+ yrs of protective coating experience, Elevated Concrete Coatings is eager to help provide a solution for your flooring needs.
We specialize in transforming spaces such as garages, patios and basements by rejuvenating the original foundation to create a long-lasting and durable finish. These versatile floors last for decades, resist chemical deterioration and are waterproof. They are moisture and bacteria resistant, and can withstand heavy wear and tear caused by road salts, machinery or foot-traffic.

Kevin Scopin | Founder
Kevin Scopin brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the concrete coatings and surface preparation industry to Elevated Concrete Coatings. As Co-Owner and Technical Director, he oversees project execution, installation standards, product knowledge, and field operations, ensuring every floor meets the highest standards of quality, durability, and craftsmanship.
Throughout his career, Kevin has worked on a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial flooring projects, developing extensive expertise in concrete preparation, epoxy systems, polyaspartic coatings, concrete polishing, concrete restoration and specialty flooring applications. His deep understanding of materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices allows Elevated Concrete Coatings to provide long-lasting flooring solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.
Known for his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing things the right way, Kevin takes great pride in delivering exceptional results. Whether leading a large-scale commercial installation or transforming a residential garage, he approaches every project with the same level of professionalism, precision, and care. His hands-on leadership and dedication to quality have helped establish Elevated Concrete Coatings as one of Northern Colorado's trusted names in the industry.
Since co-founding Elevated Concrete Coatings in 2020, Kevin has played a key role in the company's growth and reputation by emphasizing craftsmanship, integrity, and customer satisfaction. He is passionate about continually learning and staying current with new products, technologies, and installation methods to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and performance.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time in the outdoors, particularly hunting and exploring the mountains. His faith serves as an important foundation, guiding his commitment to honesty and integrity. Whether in business, the outdoors, or everyday life, Kevin believes in working hard, serving others well, and leaving things better than he found them.
Katie Polistena | Founder
Katie is the driving force behind client relationships, business development, and marketing at Elevated Concrete Coatings. A lifelong entrepreneur, she brings a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on business experience to every project. Since co-founding the company in 2020, Katie has helped grow Elevated Concrete Coatings into one of Northern Colorado's most trusted and award-winning concrete coating companies.
Before entering the concrete coatings industry, Katie spent more than 15 years building a successful career in the beauty industry as both a stylist and salon owner. Her background in customer service, sales, marketing, and small business management has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to create exceptional client experiences and lasting business relationships. Those years taught her the importance of craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail.
Known for her genuine care for clients and ability to connect with people, Katie helps customers navigate their projects from initial consultation through completion, ensuring every homeowner and business owner feels informed, valued, and confident throughout the process. She is passionate about transforming spaces and helping clients bring their vision to life.
When she's not working, you'll likely find her exploring Colorado's outdoors with her daughter, Olive, caring for her animals, tending to her garden, or standing in a river with a fly rod in hand. She also enjoys creative home renovation projects and finding inspiration through design, craftsmanship, and nature. Her faith, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving others are at the center of both her personal life and professional leadership.

Apart of what makes us who we are is our love of the great outdoors. Our shared moments on the riverbanks offer a balance between the calmness of nature and the satisfaction of hard work, reminding us that life, like fly-fishing, is a delicate balance that rewards dedication and patience.
That’s why a portion of our proceeds goes directly to getting people out on the water whether it be with professional guides, supplying fly fishing gear, and even personally taking them out on our own.
